A few of my latest images. See more of my work here.
I've been invited to speak at the San Diego Photo Club on June 21. I will also be giving a short version of the landscape & post-processing workshop with Amethel Parel-Sewell at the San Diego Fair on Jul 1 5:30-6:30pm.
I'm going to be doing a workshop on landscape photography and post-processing on Feb 3rd in San Diego. This is being hosted through the Light Chasers photography group. Watch the trailer video and if you're local, please check it out (there is no charge).
I've added a few images from outside San Diego to this website. This website will always focus on San Diego but I will add the occasional photograph from nearby California locations.
I'm continuing to add new images to this site. I'm also making a number of changes to the website layout and adding more informational pages.
Up until now, I haven't used social media much to share my work and provide updates about what I'm shooting. I guess you could say I'm an online wallflower. That's going to change. Please connect with me on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
This has been a great month for my photography and I took one of my personal best pictures at Balboa Park. It's normally quite difficult to get a unique picture here because it's one of the most popular spots in San Diego (the park has more than 10 million visitors per year) but I think I've succeeded nicely.
I've been thinking about my photography plans for 2017. I've decided that I'm going to try and get an average of one new image per week on this site. Now I travel a couple months out of the year, so I may not be able to add content each week, but I do plan to have 52 new photographs by the end of the year.
After traveling around the US for the past two years, I arrived in San Diego and decided to make this city my permanent home. San Diego is an incredible city for photography and I created this site to share my images. I hope you enjoy my work.
